This video describes the project of Team Elvis, which is to design a firing mechanism for a running gear entanglement system that will neutralize potential enemy ships. The video begins with one of the group members, Andrew Rocca, describing the motivation for the project. He gives a demonstration of the previous ways of "neutralizing" potentially threatening vessels. Andrew then moves on to talk about the new improved way of neutralizing vessels safely and depicts a demonstration of this new way. Finally, Andrew talks about the benefits of this new way of neutralizing unknown vehicles.
